Architectural Mesh Cladding – Façade
Gladstone 100/10 architectural cable mesh was installed as feature cladding at Peckham Library, London. Part of this unique design involved the installation of feature lighting which transforms the mesh into an ethereal blue shimmering curtain at night. Peckham Library was designed by Alsop and Störmer and won the RIBA Stirling Prize for Architecture.

Its light-responsive building façade is achieved with a custom-designed expanded metal mesh, carefully set out to form a cladding with a continuous geometric pattern and refined by a hard wearing bronze anodised surface treatment.
